Quaker Oats has two main highlights:
1. Oriented towards natural health
2. All-Vegetarian Ingredients
I personally prefer the brown sugar flavor, here’s a quick review:
1. Size: The current Quaker oats have been revamped to the size of a 50-dollar coin, making them easy to consume.
2. Flavor: The taste of brown sugar is subtle, not particularly prominent, but as a snack, it’s less likely to be cloying. The brown sugar is specially selected from Taiwan, showing great care in ingredient selection. Additionally, there are five flavors in total, including chocolate, salt and pepper, cinnamon, and turmeric.
3. Texture: The first time I tried it, I was quite amazed. Each small piece contains visible oats and pumpkin seeds (which I personally love ❤), along with other grains. The texture is very rich.
4. Calories: 411.9 kcal per 100 grams
5. Availability & Price: Currently, Quola Oats are not widely available and can only be purchased online. The price is approximately $184 per pack.

The first time I tried these, I bought them from Costco, so I’ve tasted the cranberry sweet potato, almond sesame, and chocolate flavors.
The Granola House brand emphasizes
● Individually packaged for convenience.
● Natural whole grains, no added sugar, artificial flavors or colors, retaining the complete nutrition of oats.
Simple Review:
1. Size: The main feature is the individually wrapped packaging that prevents your hands from getting dirty, making it quite satisfying to eat!
2. Flavor: Speaking of the three flavors – cranberry sweet potato, almond sesame, and chocolate, I personally prefer chocolate, although it’s a bit sweet. I’m not too fond of the cranberry sweet potato and almond sesame flavors. There are also two other flavors – Earl Grey milk tea and sea salt chocolate, making a total of five flavors.
3. Texture: The dish has a substantial feel to it when eaten, pairing it with tea or a beverage gives a satisfying sense of fullness.
4. Calories:
Almond Sesame: 508.7 kcal/100 grams (163.0 kcal/stick)
○ Chocolate: 491.1 kcal/100 grams (157.0 kcal/bar)
○ Cranberry Purple Sweet Potato: 452.7 kcal/100 grams (145.0 kcal per piece)
5. Availability & Price: Granola House can be found in many places. It’s available at Costco for $429 per box, which works out to $17.875 per bar.

In conclusion
1. Size:
○ Quinoa – Small and Convenient for Consumption
○ Granola House – Individually Packaged
2. Flavor
○ Quinoa is mildly flavored, but not greasy.
Granola House offers a more flavorful experience with a wider variety of tastes.
3. Taste:
The ingredients in Quinoa are abundant, giving it a layered taste when eaten.
○ Granola House leans towards the substantial side.
4. Calories: Generally, Khorap has fewer calories than Granola House.
5. Location: Granola House is more prevalent.

In conclusion, I personally prefer Quaker oats, but with Granola House’s wide distribution and variety of flavors, it’s really up to you to decide!
