Let me start by saying that I’m not usually a big fan of sesame.🙋
But this time, I really adore this sesame flavor. 😚😚😚
His cake base is a baked tea chiffon cake🍵, and the filling is a sesame fresh cheese.
Moreover, the outer layer has a ring of chewy mochi 🤩 The texture is absolutely fantastic 💯💯
I ate it about half an hour after taking it out of the freezer.
The cream cheese in the middle retains a bit of firmness, giving it a solid texture (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)
The cake is moist, and the pairing of tea aroma with sesame is just perfect!
