Since it was already evening when I checked into the Long Island Hot Springs Resort, I didn’t have a chance to take any photos. Of course, I also didn’t have the opportunity to capture the exterior of the hotel. So, I could only take a look inside.

Why do you have to visit Okaga Yokocho before going to Ise Grand Shrine? That’s because you’ll pass by Okaga Yokocho on your way to Naiku of Ise Grand Shrine. And, it just feels like something is missing if you don’t explore this street!

The Toba Aquarium is located next to the Mikimoto Pearl Island, so these two attractions can be visited together. The signature animals of the aquarium are the mermaid (dugong) and walrus performances. There are not many aquariums with mermaids (dugongs), and Toba Aquarium is one of the few.

Nabari is the birthplace of the famous Iga Ninja, Momochi Sandayu (Momochi Tanba), during the Sengoku period in Japan. Due to leading the Iga Ninja to their heyday, their power threatened Oda Nobunaga, and they were ultimately destroyed when Oda Nobunaga led a 50,000-strong army to attack Iga. The hotel I am staying at tonight, Taisenkaku Hotel, is filled with a strong ninja atmosphere. Not only does the hotel display armor from the Sengoku period, but it also showcases the ninja weapons used by Momochi Sandayu back in the day. So, staying here, you must not miss these exhibits!

The Akame 48 Falls (Japanese: 赤目四十八滝) is a suburban attraction located in Nabari City, Mie Prefecture. It is a well-known mountain hiking spot and a popular destination for sightseeing. You can reach it by taking the Kintetsu train to Akame Station and then walking 6 kilometers… Of course, if you prefer, there is also a Mie Kotsu bus that takes about 10 minutes to get there… However, the bus schedule is limited, with only 5 trips per day on weekdays and 9 trips per day on weekends and holidays. The fare is ￥340. If you are staying at the nearby hotel, Taisenkaku, they can provide shuttle service for you.

After leaving Okaga Yokocho, the next stop is Ise Grand Shrine. I’ve heard a long time ago that Japanese people must visit Ise Grand Shrine at least once in their lifetime. But what exactly is the charm of Ise Grand Shrine? Honestly, I have no idea. I heard that in ancient Japan, people were not allowed to leave their homeland freely. Therefore, they could only take the opportunity to visit Ise Grand Shrine and leave their birthplace…

The first choice for enjoying the night view of Nagoya is Sky Promenade, located near Nagoya Station. In Japanese, it is called スカイプロムナード. It is a tall building approximately 220 meters high, and from the top floor, you can have a 360-degree panoramic view of the entire Nagoya city area.

In the midst of famous Long Island Hot Springs Group, there is a scenic spot called “NabanaNoSato”. Here, you can enjoy different flowers in every season. From mid-October to early May of the following year, there is the renowned NabanaNoSato Lantern Festival. Therefore, winter is considered the peak season for NabanaNoSato.

Many people who visit Japan will make a special trip to the outlets in the Kansai region, mainly the Marinepia near Kobe-Sanyo Tarumi Station or the Osaka Tsurumi near Osaka-Monzen Minami Station. Recently, Jazz Dream on Chojima Island has become the largest outlet in Japan, with a current total of 240 stores… I believe that shopping enthusiasts can spend a whole day here without any problems.

If you have read “Kamogawa Horumo” or watched the movie “Kamogawa Horumo” from the “Makime Manabu”, you should be quite familiar with this Yoshida Shrine. After all, it is also an important scene in the novel. However, personally, when I visited Yoshida Shrine for pilgrimage, I always felt that this Yoshida Shrine is a bit peculiar.
