Before I got to know about @Everyone Loves Your Hotpot, located on Qixian 2nd Road near Shizhong 1st Road, I used to go to another hotpot whenever I craved for stone hotpot. It wasn’t until a friend introduced me to this place that I truly felt like I had been missing out!
Today, I ordered the pork hot pot. Although I’ve tried their beef hot pot before, to be honest, the quality of the meat wasn’t particularly outstanding (after all, they’re known for their stone pot dishes). However, the portion size was quite generous, so today I decided to try the pork hot pot. As customers are ordering, the restaurant starts heating up the stone pot. As soon as the order is placed, they immediately start stir-frying onions and meat in sesame oil. The aroma that wafts out after the sesame oil, onions, and meat are stir-fried is truly captivating. When mixed with the restaurant’s broth, it’s enough to make your mouth water.

Ever since I dined at Xin Dian Hotpot, I’ve been eagerly anticipating a visit to ChiaohSinYuan, another well-reputed restaurant online. I heard it was opened by the same team behind Xin Dian Hotpot. So, I took advantage of my day off and invited some friends to join me for a meal and to check out this place.

Today, I’m going to introduce a must-visit French dessert café in Luodong, a place that’s been on my bucket list for over a year. By a stroke of luck, I stumbled upon this café, conveniently located on Tianjin Road, near the famous Lin Chang Starchy Meat Soup.
The shop’s location is truly hard to spot, as it’s nestled within a residential area, making it easy to overlook its presence.
And I, on that day, chose the small streets to avoid the main road, and thus discovered true love. The arcade was filled with motorcycles that day, and inside, there was joy akin to a party.
The place was packed with people, it turns out it was Green Feather Coffee’s first anniversary. As soon as I walked in, despite the place being almost full, the owner still noticed my entrance and warmly greeted me!
It made me feel incredibly welcomed right off the bat.

I believe everyone is quite familiar with this dessert shop🥰.
I’ve always loved their ice cream🍦 and cake🍰.
This time, Jinbo’s handmade fresh milk ice cream rolls have introduced a new flavor🆕.
Delicious beyond words! I absolutely have to recommend this to you all❤️

☁️Hokkaido Sesame Cheesecake Ice Cream Roll $530
Let me start by saying that I’m not usually a big fan of sesame.🙋
But this time, I really adore this sesame flavor. 😚😚😚
His cake base is a baked tea chiffon cake🍵, and the filling is a sesame fresh cheese.
Moreover, the outer layer has a ring of chewy mochi 🤩 The texture is absolutely fantastic 💯💯
I ate it about half an hour after taking it out of the freezer.
The cream cheese in the middle retains a bit of firmness, giving it a solid texture (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)
The cake is moist, and the pairing of tea aroma with sesame is just perfect!
Eating it frozen will make it more like an ice cream cake, but I find it harder to cut.
For those who love sesame, this comes highly recommended! There are also many new flavors to try 🥳

In early November, due to a friend’s birthday, I came across numerous foodie groups highly recommending Xindian on the internet. Thinking that a birthday celebration for my friend should be nothing short of spectacular, I immediately made a reservation. As many online reviews had warned, it was indeed challenging to get through on the phone! Just when I was about to give up after numerous attempts, the call finally went through. Phew! Luckily, I managed to secure a reservation, or else it would have been me letting the side down. And so, our party arrived at Xindian in full force to celebrate the birthday~ (I later found out that Xindian also accepts online reservations, so no more endless phone calls~ Xindian online reservation-)

One day in October, I stumbled upon a video about the Spicy God on Facebook. The sight of a roast duck being set ablaze after being doused in alcohol was truly shocking to me. So, at the end of the month, I decided to go check it out for myself!

We arrived around 9:30, and it wasn’t too difficult to find a parking spot nearby (you can also choose to take the metro). The restaurant is located on the second floor, accessible via an escalator. Upon entry, a staff member will guide you to your seat and explain the ordering process. That day, six of us dined together, sharing a not-so-large yin-yang hotpot. The soup base was a fixed combination of spicy mala and bonito.

I recently discovered a newly opened Italian bistro, “Here Bistro”, located on Zhongcheng Road Section 2, in the Tianmu Shilin area. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for a small gathering with a few friends to enjoy some good food, or for a romantic date. It’s conveniently located near Takashimaya and Tianmu Baseball Stadium, making it an ideal place to continue the celebration after a baseball game.

“i3.coffee” is quite a unique and distinctive name for a shop. After inquiring, I found out that “i3.coffee” can be pieced together to form a common surname, which also happens to be the owner’s surname.
Back then, the lady boss even asked me to guess what “i3.coffee” meant. I was never good at riddles, and this had me breaking out in a cold sweat.
