Yu Cuisine Bar – An Affordable Gourmet Restaurant Originating from Zhubei, Hsinchu
Now, we’ve also opened a store near the mega city~~~~~
This time, I visited the Central branch, which doesn’t look like a snack shop at all from the entrance.
Upon entering, you’ll find plenty of seating. The decor is bright and features a light industrial style, creating an overall comfortable atmosphere.

The side dishes section offers both refrigerated and room temperature options, all of which are self-serve.
Additionally, there is a sauce station available for self-service.
I highly recommend their Tiger Mom Chili Sauce. It has a pungent, spicy aroma that is incredibly flavorful.
Other main dishes include noodles, rice, and dumplings, among others.

[Kaohsiung] A Hipster Coffee Shop in the Bustling Alleyways

“I can’t even afford a house, this cup of coffee within a 100cm radius is all the territory I have left.”
Tucked away in the alley behind the Weishi Building in Kaohsiung, there’s a quaint little hipster café. But be warned, finding a parking spot is a real challenge! 😂
However, it’s definitely worth a visit. It’s a small shop, and we were lucky enough to get a seat on the sofa. The restaurant has a two-hour dining limit, making it a great place to relax with your sisters. It’s undoubtedly an Instagram-worthy spot. 😂

Breathable Chocolate-A Popular Souvenir From Osaka-That Both Adults and Children Love

Breath Chocolate (呼吸チョコ), when translated into Chinese, is called “呼吸巧克力”. This product has been on the market for a long time and is not a new product that just recently appeared. Breath Chocolate is mainly categorized by four regions in Kansai: Kitashinchi, Osaka – Cocoa flavor; Gion, Kyoto – Matcha flavor; Nara – Soybean powder flavor (きな粉); Kitano, Kobe – Coffee flavor. This time, they have also added a limited edition strawberry flavor, but it does not belong to any specific region.

I mentioned before that I personally don’t like to eat apples, but if I come to Aomori and don’t eat apples, who would believe it…?! So, I bought this apple pie to bring back~ But honestly, Aomori’s apple pies (not just this one) are really delicious. I’ll introduce them again if I have the chance.

Kyushu Dessert- Famous Castella Shop – Fukusaya

The Japanese term for Castella is カステラ, and in English, it’s Castella
It is said that the original term カステラ comes from Portuguese, introduced to Nagasaki in the mid-16th century, and later spread throughout Japan.
In Taiwan, it was previously known as “Honey Cake” or “Nagasaki Cake”.
Currently, the most well-known Castella shop among Taiwanese travelers is Fukusaya.

Yilan | The Internet-famous Korean Village in Luodong, “Korean Chicken Village”, where you can wear Hanbok and enjoy heartwarming hot pot!

The Korean-style pendant lights are hung perfectly, creating a strong ambiance! The atmosphere is reminiscent of Korean variety shows. There’s a hint of rustic charm, and the signboard features a cute little yellow chick, which is quite eye-catching.

Starting from January 15th, the heroic style descends, and the limited edition 3D character cards are a must-have!

Ninja Soul Ramen – The Japanese canteen setting instantly transports you to Japan. Authentic Japanese ramen, with its ultra-thin noodles, must be eaten while hot. The chicken white soup is incredibly rich, and the fried dishes are made with genuine ingredients. It’s a taste that’s hard to forget! Highly recommended food in Luodong, Yilan.

The food in Luodong, Yilan can be described as incredibly diverse. Not only does it feature local Yilan specialties such as skewered hearts, cake crumbs, pork cubes, four-season angelica duck, angelica lamb, scallion pancakes/pies filled with abundant Sanxing onions, regular soup dumplings, and crispy yet tender stinky tofu, but now there’s also a Japanese ramen place to challenge everyone’s taste buds. In the past, it seemed that the Luodong Night Market area only had food available at night, but that’s not the case anymore. The “Ninja Ichigatama” ramen not only tastes great, but it also gives you the illusion of being instantly transported to Japan. It can be said that it’s a new must-visit spot in Yilan for a satisfying feast.

Upon visiting the “Ninja Soul” Japanese ramen shop in Luodong, Yilan, I was utterly amazed. The authentic Japanese ambiance was vividly brought to life. Not only was the food closely aligned with authentic Japanese ramen, but the overall setting and lighting of the restaurant also exuded a strong Japanese diner vibe. It’s definitely worth a visit to experience this instant teleportation to Japan.

Fukuoka-Hakata Ippudo Ramen Seasoning Pack-Akamaru

Ippudo Ramen has opened hundreds of branches throughout Japan and even collaborated with 7-11 to launch a co-branded instant ramen. However, if you want to enjoy authentic Ippudo Ramen outside of Japan, your only option is to purchase their instant noodle packs. After going through customs at Kansai Airport, I bought a pack of Ippudo Ramen instant noodles and chose the “Akamaru” flavor. Don’t underestimate this small box, as it is priced at ¥550, which is the same as the regular ramen sold in stores.
